Konstantin is our lead for Finance, Marketing, and Legal, and works with Robin to further develop PSC Partners‘ recruiting solutions.
Konstantin especially contributes his understanding of quants, his market knowledge in this field and a working style characterized by strict analytics when solving your recruiting challenges.
In his private life he is a passionate tennis player, traveler and cook and pit master.

Co-Founder
Robin is managing market research, technology, network & partner relations he also invests a couple of hours every day in the enhancement of PSC Partners‘ recruiting solutions.
Robin supports you with a large network in the financial services and consulting industry, and daily applied expertise regarding the wishes and goals of candidates.
In his private life he is an avid hiker, wine connoisseur and traveler.

Student Ambassador
Amelie was our first external team member and supports the two co-founders Robin and Konstantin in expanding the university network at home and abroad.
Amelie is also an avid traveler, cineaste and fashionista.

Felix supports our Founders Team with the management of several customer accounts and also actively supports the expansion of the partner network and brand communication.
In his private life Felix is an passionate piano player and motorcyclist.

Advisor
Leon supports our financial services clients in particular with the ongoing development and realignment of their business models and strategic personnel development. In addition, Leon is specifically expanding the start-up network of PSC Partners.
In his private life, he is a passionate gravel biker and backpacker and describes himself as a hobby sommelier.

Kijano is extensively involved in business development at PSC Partners and is responsible for various accounts in management consulting.
In his private life, Kijano is an enthusiastic soccer player and visitor of the theater.
